Cancellation Policy

At ChopChop USA, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order.

We have a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate such situations. Please take note of the following details: Order Cancellation/ Change Information: You have the option to cancel or change your order information within 6 hours of placing it. This timeframe allows us to process and ship orders efficiently. 

If you wish to cancel your order after this window, we will attempt to recall the package. If the recall is successful, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that once a package has shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on whether we are able to intercept the delivery.

Kindly provide your order number and relevant details for quick and accurate processing.
Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it directly. In this case, we kindly request that you receive the package as scheduled.
